Wild Goose Dayan Qigong in Te Horo every Wednesday morning. New students are welcome at all times and all students, whatever their experience, train together. There is a wide range of students from different backgrounds, cultures and ages. Some have only just begun their studies of Wild Goose – Dayan Qigong and others have been studying for a many years. This wide mix creates a vey friendly, open and sociable atmosphere.
There is a morning class for Wild Goose Dayan Qigong, and evening classes for Shaolin Chunyuen Quan, Wild Goose Qigong and Chen Taiji Quan
New students are welcome at all times and all students, regardless of experience train together but with individual attention too.
There is no formal uniform although there is a club polo shirt which you receive once you have become a member of the Tse Qigong Centre. Casual shoes and loose clothing are recommended.
